No firm charge: Apartments available in the TUM listings are only readily available to TUM students and staff members. Inserting an ad is free for both landlords and potential occupants. Go to the listings

Public housing recommendation service - totally free of charge

The following public organizations offer a private space rental service free of charge. Students can request for details of complimentary rooms from personal landlords. The amount of rooms available is rather little, though, so that only couple of trainees each semester can be offered a location to live.
