As you return to the beginning position, focus on the energy of pressing upright from your gluteals and the power of dragging your heels behind you to engage your hamstrings. Exercise should be protected, so there are some individuals that may have medical clearance before starting exercise. Always consult a physician before beginning an exercise program.
